I'm a full stack developer with near 20 years of experience, building web applications from the SQL connections to the front end events and CSS.

I have worked managing servers and domains, helped external teams to integrate our solutions, learned all kind of technologies when it become necessary, so now I'm looking for a different environment, focusing on less technologies and working in bigger projects with other departments that don't need to be related only on IT.

The more time goes by I'm even more enthusiastic with my Now I'm enjoining all the stuff related with AI because it allows me to reach faster goals with less effort, making possible to achieve some projects out of my work that where just a dream a couple of year ago.

And yes, I'm still programming when I'm on holidays :)

All this list is the consequence of a logical evolution along all this years programming, I use to try to evolve with all the best practices that I'm able to do, it could be from an article, a video or just from a casual chat with another professional discussing how to approach to a problem.

Clean code that allows the reviewer knows what it does. Methods and classes with well defined tasks (if possible). Basically it helps your partners or your future self not to hate you for what you are programming.

Agile programming Scrumm, kanban, sprints, stories and everything related. Bring order, keep a constant review and be flexible to adapt. Personally, I love it.

Grow up programming is only part of what I have to do throughout the day. Helping my colleagues when they have doubts, learning everything I need to know to be able to work independently and efficiently. It's a constant growth.
