I am a senior full-stack product and DevOps engineer (Next.js, Python/Django, GCP, Terraform) who builds software with a deep focus on business metrics, conversion funnels, and data visibility.

Currently, I operate on a dual track:

• Operations & Technology: Leading the digital and operational turnaround of a legacy food manufacturing enterprise—building custom internal automation tools, data layers, and cash-flow monitoring systems.
• Fractional Engineering: Partnering with fast-growing tech startups as a Fractional Product Engineer to independently ship features and optimize cloud infrastructure.

Because I work fully asynchronously, I integrate seamlessly with remote teams via GitHub delivering senior-level velocity without the overhead of a full-time hire.

Data-Driven Decision Making: I ensure that changes to our applications positively impact usability and effectiveness by measuring their outcomes. This includes running A/B tests over a set period and analysing key metrics like conversion funnels to validate improvements.

Scalable and Maintainable Architecture: I design solutions that simplify testing and adhere to the Open/Closed Principle in SOLID. By leveraging dependency inversion, I program against interfaces, making systems more extensible, reducing tight coupling, and improving long-term maintainability.
